Worcester Bosch. Up to 10 years

Worcester Bosch requires annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer and a completed Benchmark certificate. Missing a service invalidates the warranty regardless of when the boiler was installed.

Vaillant. Up to 10 years

Vaillant requires annual servicing and the service must be recorded in the Benchmark commissioning checklist. Failure to service annually voids the extended warranty.

Ideal Boilers. Up to 10 years

Ideal Boilers require annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The service record must be retained and available for any warranty claim. We update the record on every visit.

Baxi. Up to 7 years

Baxi requires annual servicing by a qualified Gas Safe engineer. An unserviced boiler that develops a fault as a direct result of lack of maintenance will not be covered under the manufacturer warranty.
